Sushi Spott - Lynnwood H Mart

The sushi roll is fresh and the price is reasonable. The food come out super fast. It takes probably 1 mins to get my roll done. Highly recommend.

We have eaten in this restaurant for many times even before they change the name. The unagidon is our favorite and also the sushi combos. Today the rice is not fully cooked however they show really good customer obsession on giving us free appetizer and fully refund. This is the only time I ran into this not fully cooked rice situation but I feel so good that the restaurant takes it very seriously and makes customer happy! Five stars!

On my first few visits to this restaurant, I ordered the chicken katsu, which had a perfectly crisp coating with moist, tender meat. Then I decided to try the unagi bowl. It, too, was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with seaweed salad and ?a type of pickled tako/octopus, and just the right proportion of rice. Deliciousness!

Come one, come all! Sushi Spott made my wife’s day today! Let me explain... H-Mart in Lynwood has been a visiting spot for my wife and anyone she travels with when she comes to this area. Specifically, Oshima and I Luv Tofu. Since Oshima closed, my beautiful wife has been suffering as she has not been able to get her Spicy Tuna salad - arguably her most favourite dish in the menu. Imagine our surprise when, after deciding to visit H-mart to get a snack, we noticed that a new restaurant has opened in the same place Oshima vacated. Upon closer inspection, we noticed that Sushi Spott has a menu, similar to that of Oshima’s. Curious, we approached the staff and found out that the restaurant is owned and operated by an ex-colleague of the Oshima owner as well as some of his ex-workers. With some trepidation, my wife ordered the Whe Deop Bap (spicy shashimi salad) and the Tuna Tataki Sashimi. My wife found the Whe Deop Bap to be fresh and super tasty, the portion huge and the textures made her super happy, to the point we returned a bit later and she ordered the Tuna Tataki Sashimi. The quality of the second dish, just affirmed her new-found love for Sushi Spott’s delicious food. Later, when our friends joined us, they ordered the Chirashi Sashimi. That dish also was extremely fresh and flavourful. My friend disliked some of the dish and the owner came to apologize in person and gave my friend a complementary dish. The service was fast and amazing and the fact the owner made it right immediately, backing his staff and product just made us like this place even more. If you liked Oshima do yourself a favour and come back to try Sushi Spott!

Awesome presentation! And even better flavor! I’m obsessed with Godzilla themed anything so it was only appropriate I tried their Godzilla roll and it did not disappoint! It was crispy, creamy, and packed with delicious flavors!

My son and I visited H Mart for the first time this week, and was surprised by the mall atmosphere and interior size. After shopping, we opted to check out the food court and found Sushi Spott. We both love sushi, but it tends to be a treat since you can't have just one roll and the price gets out of hand quickly. However they offered a sushi burrito, and that is the best way to go to get your sushi fix on a budget. The staff were polite and the food arrived quickly. They even still provided the free shrimp appetizer that you get when ordering by mobile device, after I had tried to use the site but was receiving an error. The food was delicious and filling, even when sharing the burrito with my son. We will definitely be back.

Sushi Spott is awesome - always tastes great and fresh. We're loving the new location in Lynnwood - it's so convenient. The owners and employees are always super friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! The sushi here is top-notch, with super fresh fish and great seasoned rice. The service was friendly and fast, and the ambiance was great for a casual meal. Highly recommend the Crunch Roll—it was a delicious! Will definitely be coming back.
